Welcome to WiMedia Marketing (https://marketing.wimedia.biz.id). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and digital marketing solutions. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using https://marketing.wimedia.biz.id, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept all terms herein. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically; the Last updated: March 15, 2025. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Services and Deliverables
WiMedia Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, content creation, social media management, and email marketing. All service agreements are governed by separate contracts or order confirmations. Deliverables are subject to client-provided assets, timely feedback, and adherence to agreed timelines.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials created by WiMedia Marketing for a client are licensed to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of WiMedia Marketing and are not transferable.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms are specified in individual proposals or invoices. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Refunds are granted only for unused prepaid services, subject to a 15% administrative fee, and must be requested within 14 days of purchase. No refunds apply to custom work once initiated.
5. Limitation of Liability
WiMedia Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for all fees accrued through the termination date. WiMedia Marketing may suspend access for breach of these terms without prior notice.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. Parties agree to good-faith mediation before litigation.
